What we collect
When you run a free audit, we collect your website address and email address. If you buy the $499 fix kit, Stripe collects your payment details — card numbers never touch our systems.
How we use it
- To run your audit and email you the results.
- To deliver the full report if you purchase it.
- To follow up about your audit — you can opt out of any email, any time.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to the audit you asked for.
Where it lives
Lead records (email + website) are stored in a restricted-access system that only the two of us can see. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Your choices
Want your data deleted or anonymized? Email hello@coolrankings.com and we'll take care of it. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
